Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. Conduct assessments, manage medications, and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide direct patient care under RN supervision. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with daily activities while ensuring patient comfort.

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide personal care assistance, monitor patient conditions, and support activities of daily living. Work alongside nurses to ensure comprehensive care.

Speech Therapsit

Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to clients in their homes. Assess communication disorders, develop treatment plans, and help patients improve their quality of life through better communication.

Case Manager

Coordinate patient care services, communicate with healthcare providers, and ensure clients receive appropriate resources and support.

Office Manager

Oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, coordinate schedules, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth office functioning at our Whitman headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and maintain professional environment
• Support caregiver scheduling and staff coordination
• Handle client communications and inquiries
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
• Assist with basic billing and payment processing
• Support leadership team with reports and special projects

Qualifications:

• 3+ years office management experience (healthcare preferred)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Marketing Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
• Social media management and content creation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp a plus
